Cumulative Voting - incorporation glossary

Cumulative voting is a method of voting which allows shareholders to vote on a directorship by multiplying the number of shares owned by the number of directorships. The votes may be cast in any manner that the shareholder chooses. For example, a shareholder can cast all votes for one director or any combination desired.
